2. Acceptance

Access to the Website is subject to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, as well as applicable laws and regulations. Accessing the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance by the user (hereinafter, the “User”) of these Terms & Conditions and of the Privacy Policy.
2.2
These Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy exclusively govern the relationship between the User and PiiVO with respect to the use of the Website and Services. They can be consulted at any time on the Website.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1
PiiVO will make reasonable efforts to keep the Website up to date and accessible to a normal number of Users. However, PiiVO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, immediate correction of defects, or that the server is free from viruses or other harmful components.
3.2
PiiVO cannot be held liable for any loss and/or damage of any kind resulting from suspension, interruption, technical disruption, slowdown, limited accessibility, termination of access, or from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements on the Website.
3.3
If the User detects an error, virus, or other harmful elements on the Website, they are invited to notify PiiVO at contact@piivo.com so that appropriate measures can be taken. In any case, PiiVO advises Users to install firewalls, antivirus, and other protective software on their devices.
3.4
PiiVO reserves the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time, without justification or prior notice.
4. Use of the Website
4.1
The User undertakes to use the Website solely for its intended purpose.
4.2
The User must ensure that all information they provide is accurate and up to date.
4.3
The User agrees to act in good faith and comply with applicable laws, and in particular not to:
• Submit to PiiVO any false, misleading, obscene, racist, xenophobic, abusive, illegal, defamatory, offensive, harmful, violent, threatening, or harassing content, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy, or encourages any of the above ;
• Share email addresses or other content with PiiVO without prior consent of the concerned individuals;
• Submit content violating third-party rights (IP, privacy, trade secrets, etc.) ;
• Submit content linking to illegal or inappropriate websites ;
• Use the Website to send unsolicited messages, spam, pyramid schemes, or similar fraudulent processes ;
•Bypass technical protection measures of documents or multimedia ;
• Take any action likely to disrupt the proper functioning of the Website (viruses, worms, mass mailing, etc.);
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its infrastructure ;
•Use a false name, pseudonym, or impersonate another individual or entity ;
• Use the Website for purposes not foreseen by these Terms.

PiiVO shall not be liable for any breach by the User of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, or applicable law. The User shall indemnify PiiVO against any third-party claims (including from authorities) arising from their use of the Website.
4.5
The User uses the Website at their own risk. The Website, its components, and all related information, software, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4.6
PiiVO declines any liability for loss or damage (direct, indirect, material, or immaterial) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website.
4.7
The User must immediately notify PiiVO in writing if they become aware of any inappropriate use of the Website, by email to contact@piivo.com.
5. Links to and from Other Websites
5.1
The Website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, and some websites may contain links to the PiiVO Website. PiiVO does not control these third-party sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, operation, or use. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, such links do not imply PiiVO’s approval or association with these sites or their operators.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1
The Website and its components (brands, logos, graphics, photos, videos, music, texts, etc.) are the property of PiiVO and are protected by intellectual property rights (including copyright, design rights, trademarks, etc.). Any reproduction, use, or distribution without prior written consent from PiiVO or the relevant rights holder is prohibited and may constitute infringement punishable by law.
6.2
PiiVO grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and download content from the Website solely for display purposes. The User may print a copy for personal use, provided the content is not altered and retains all copyright and origin notices. Reproduction is permitted only for strictly private use as defined by Belgian law.
6.3
Any use of the Website or its content outside the scope defined above is strictly prohibited.
7. Complaints
7.1
Any claim by the User relating to the Website must be submitted in writing within eight (8) calendar days of becoming aware of the issue. Failure to comply with this timeframe results in unconditional acceptance of the issue and definitive waiver of any claim.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1
The validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these Terms are governed by Belgian law, to the extent permitted by applicable private international law.
8.2
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable private international law.
8.3
Before initiating judicial proceedings, the User and PiiVO agree to attempt amicable resolution, including through direct contact, mediation, arbitration, or any alternative dispute resolution method.
